Following redundancy, Christine decided to launch her business in late 2002.  With more than 25 years PA and office management experience with blue-chip corporations such as J P Morgan, Morgan Stanley Asset Management and Chadbourne & Parke, Christine felt her expertise and skills could be used to support busy individuals and help  businesses run more smoothly and efficiently.

Knowing that owning and running your business requires many skill sets, Christine did the Virtual Assistance U program and was coached by the late, great Janet L Jordan.  Jordan ran her own extremely successful virtual practice but also trained new and existing Virtual Assistants to build successful practices.  Janet became a friend and mentor to Christine, and continued to offer guidance and advice long after the training ended.

Since graduating early in 2004 Christine's diverse practice has grown and she continues to strengthen her skill set and expertise with e-learning and e-training courses.  Christine was only the second VA in the United Kingdom to gain this coveted qualification.

Christine gained the Master Virtual Assistant certification in 2004 having satisfied the intense evaluation process.  By holding the designation of MVA, other Virtual Assistants know they can trust the opinion of these individuals they have built a Virtual Assistant practice and achieved success in their chosen field.  The standards are much higher for becoming an MVA than a PVA.

Christine obtain the European Computer Driving Licence Qualification in 2003 and has trained on Imprev Software, being one of few VA's in England to use this.

Assist Your Biz collaborates with other talented Graduate Virtual Assistants and virtual work experts globally to provide "work that matters" for their clients.  Christine Richmond and Assist Your Biz have been mentioned in several magazines, and become known for helping people who want to become a VA in the United Kingdom.
